Report an Asian hornet from WhatsApp or Telegram
The LeFrelon bot asks you the same questions as the form, one at a time: what you saw, where, and a photo if you have one. Your report joins the same queue, with the team in your area.

01
Message the bot
A simple “Hello” is enough. The bot replies straight away, day and night.
-
02
A nest or hornets?
Tap a button to say what you observed.
-
03
The place
Share your location from where you saw it, or type the address and pick one of those the bot suggests.

04
Optional
A photo and details
A photo helps the team identify the species, as many reports are actually wasps or European hornets. Add the height of the nest, access or any danger if you like.
-
05

On WhatsApp and by text message, your number is the one in the conversation; on Telegram, share it with a button. Leave your email too if you want to follow up on the report.

It's sent
The bot confirms the report is saved. You can make another report or end the conversation.
Good to know
What happens next?
The report follows the same path as all others. The species is checked on the photo, a volunteer may come to confirm on site, then a company destroys the nest if it really is Asian hornets.
If you don't reply
The bot reminds you after one hour, then after three hours. Without a reply, the report is closed four hours after your last message; just write again to start over.
Made a mistake?
Tap “Start again” when the bot offers it. If your answer matches none of the suggestions, it simply asks the question again.
Several nests?
At the end of the conversation, choose “Another report”. The same number can make up to five reports a day.
